Wander and Soul began as a lifestyle and travel club for women 40+ that leverages travel as a form of rediscovering oneself. Wander and Soul is about connection, growth and self-reflection, as we embrace the new women we are becoming.

While our travel club is subscription based and offers our members many perks, our Marketplace is open to everyone.

Wander and Soul's Premium Travel Club Members receive a 20 - 30% discount on all products within the marketplace, as long as they remain a travel club member.

FAQ's

How long does it take to get my order?

All of our products are made especially for you at the time of your order so it may take us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time then depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Within CANADA: 3–6 business days
  • Within USA: 3–6 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (custom fees may apply)

These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products as indicated above.  

Where will my order ship from?

We use fullfillment centers in both Canada and the USA to help with faster manufacturing and shipping times and to prevent added costs of customs fees when shipping internationally. 

While most of our products can be fullfilled in both Canada and the USA, some products are only available to be fullfilled in USA. 

What payment methods can I use?

Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

While most of our products can be fullfilled domestically, a few products may only be available internationally. In this case, an additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@wanderandsoul.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
