How to Measure:
Length
Measure from center back neckline seam straight down to back bottom hem when laid flat.
Width
Measure across the chest from one inch below each arm hole. Note: this is not a circumference measurement.
Sleeve
Measure from the center back neck to shoulder point and down to sleeve hem.
We recommend selecting an item from your closet that fits well and comparing the item's measurements to the numbers below and attached to find the best size!

When will I get my order?
All of our products are made especially for you at the time of your order so it may take us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time then depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- Within CANADA: 3–6 business days
- Within USA: 3–6 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (custom fees may apply)
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products as indicated above.
Where will my order ship from?
We use fullfillment centers in both Canada and the USA to help with faster manufacturing and shipping times and to prevent added costs of customs fees when shipping internationally. While most of our products can be fullfilled in both Canada and the USA, some products are only available to be fullfilled in the USA.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@wanderandsoul.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Returns
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at hello@wanderandsoul.com
- Returns must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- Refunds where eligible will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless deemed an error on our part.
- If the item was received as a gift, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
Damaged or Misprinted Items - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted by email within 30 days after the product has been received.
Missing Items - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted by email no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Returned items must be reshipped within 30 days or will be considered abandoned and will be donated. Abandoned products will not be refunded.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Size exchanges - Wrongly ordered sizes happen - we get it! However, as we make everything on demand, requesting a size exchange means producing an entirely new product.
We therefore ask you to verify your size with the sizing and measuring guide in the description section of each product before completing your order.
Any claims for incorrect sizing must be submitted by email within 14 days after the product has been received. Once your claim is received, our customer service agents will guide you as to where to return your item. Upon receipt of and inspection of your return, we will process an exchange for a correct size. In the event that the item is no longer available in your desired size and colour, we will exchange for an equal value item of your choice or provide a refund.
Incorrect size returns may be subject to return shipping costs.
